An ongo-ing tradition since 1851(Kaei4) that is carried on by craftmen.

When Japan’s leading water and distin-guished ingredients are combined with “tradition” they culminate in Mikadomatsu.

Gold Award!
Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai(Na-tional Research Institute of Brewing). In 2019,Mikadomatsu received another gold award from the Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai, a national review board that examines Japanese sake based on standard criteria.
