We reply by e-mail with the total and, for delivery, the delivery charge and bank details. Your order is confirmed with this e-mail.
For pick-up, please pay at the restaurant. For delivery, we ship once your bank transfer is confirmed.

Orders are accepted until 25 December. Handed over at the restaurant on 31 December. Delivery is available within Tokyo and nearby areas. Numbers are limited.

Orders placed by 31 October receive toshikoshi soba (for three or four, with Ransen’s soba sauce) as a gift.

Other charges: For delivery, the delivery charge (it depends on the address and is confirmed by e-mail). For bank transfer, the transfer fee.
Payment: Pick-up: pay at the restaurant when you collect. Delivery: bank transfer in advance, by the date given in the confirmation e-mail.
Delivery of goods: Pick-up: at the date and time you choose. Delivery: shipped after your transfer is confirmed, to arrive on the date you choose. Please order gifts at least two days ahead and take-away at least three days ahead.
Returns and cancellations: As these are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the customer’s convenience. If there is a problem with an item, please telephone us promptly after receiving it. To change or cancel a confirmed order, please telephone us.
